Abstract

Individuals are the center of analysis for the success of organisational change programs (judge 1999). With respect to Indian IT sector there is a significant effect of employees’ demographics on their perceptions of organisational changes. Unless organisations consider their employees as their first preference while implementing the organisational changes, they will not be successful in change management practices. Because of the individual’s perceptions, attitudes and behaviours are firmly dependent on their demographics factors. It is proved that from this research the employees’ demographics characteristics showed significant individual effects Interactional effects on their perceptions towards organisational changes.
