Abstract

Human behavior is transforming over time globally, and technology is also unlocking new ways to create value in this competitive world. Data is considered as the lifeblood of each sector, whether it is the health sector or the manufacturing. Artificial intelligence (AI) has been flushing with the increased use of it, of which machine learning is the significant subset. Here, in this study it has been expired the different features of machine learning and application in different industries. Machine learning has its application in various types of industries including healthcare, hospitality, retail or financial services. This article targets to find the use of ML in all those industries to draw a comparison. Major purpose of this article is to get the exemplified view of ML focusing on the advantages and disadvantages of machine learning. Data driven decision has differences in all those areas where it is creating more opportunities and also affecting adversely. Here the article targets to gain the deep learning analyzing differences. Along with the positive use, the role of human beings falls in question regarding the use of machine learning. The discussion in this article analyses the use of ML in the near future following the current investment for ML application in different sectors. Use of secondary data has become significant to sketch the comparative approach in this study.
