Attention Problems in Children
Abstract
This study established that when an individual engages in regular exercise, he or she is most likely to weigh less because exercising makes them shed off some fats or calories, which, in turn, lead to a reduction in the overall weight. Conversely, the statement suggests that weighing less is statistically correlated to exercising because the reduced weight is attributed to exercising, compared to individuals who weigh more. Thus, those who weigh less might find themselves in that position due to exercising and that it is through exercising that they weigh less, compared to those who weigh more. Hence, the statement reveals the presence of a directionality problem. In this case, the third variable involves being physically healthy.
