Abstract

The documentation has covered aerosol treatments administered, adjustments in ventilator contexts, and overall patient responses to the intervention. In turn, the pharmacy section has been informed about the process of accessing patient data (such as medical reconciliation, medication profiles, current medications, home medications, demographics, health history, and medical diagnosis) in a quest to promote workflow and continuity in health care service provision. Thus, electronic medical records form the CAM sections that have been utilized and involved other nurses, physicians, patient groups, and pharmacists. With confidentiality assured, the use of electronic medical records in documenting patient information has proved successful and helped to prevent medication errors.
