Abstract

Ameloblastoma is a rarely occuringmostly benign tumor ofodentogenicepethelium that mostly occurs in lower jaw. If curattaged also tumor recurrence rate is very high (in every 2months).As we know that stem cells have property of Plasticity. So The patients bone marrow was aspirated with the help of pathologist. Stem cells were isolated from Patients bone marrowby me .The oromaxillofacial surgeon performed  partial mandibular curratageThe isolated stem cells were injected to patients mandibular cavity at the site of currettage by oro maxillo facial surgeon. This  article discuss about autologous stem cells and its role in treatment of Ameloblastoma
