Abstract

Many approaches have been evolved to rehabilitate completely edentulous patients.’ All- on- four’ is one of the treatment concept introduced to avoid the demanding and time-consuming additional surgeries. It offers immediate loading of the provisional prosthesis on the same day and definite prosthesis after three months. The treatment combines two straight and two tilted implants placement, making it a viable option with less surgical intervention, reduced cost and time with high success rate. This concept challenges the preconceived idea of conventional complete denture and other alternative procedures in daily practice. The present case report  explains the rehabilitation of edentulous arches with ‘All- on- four’ concept.
