Abstract

Laboratory education plays an essential role in achieving sustainable development. Today’s the acceleration of chemical processes, separation, and purification of mixtures in industrial and educational world, along with maintaining the safety and relative reliability of the maintenance of laboratory instruments, synthesized materials, and prevention of their loss, is essential. This paper develops a novel safety separatory funnel in detail and provides effectiveness. Although the  common separatory funnel is reusable, its durability cannot be quaranteed and can be easily broken by inexperienced hands. In the novel devices, the tight connection of the receivers with the funnel reduces the possibility of breaking and injury. Moreover, with the aid of the double walled funnel, users can successfully extract a small solution from a chemical mixture. The novel funnel can help users and beginner students owing to ease of separation, preservation of time, safety, and prevention of material loss in separation
