Abstract

The present study aimed to structurally analyze the female high school teacher’s burnout based on professional ethics and participatory management in the Tabriz education district. The research method was descriptive-correlation and causal modeling (structural equation modeling). A total of 126 teachers whose teaching experiences were less than ten years in 2019-2020 were chosen as the statistical population of the study. A sample of 100 teachers was selected by using the Morgan table through the relative stratified random sampling method. Data collection was done through four questionnaires, including the Professional Development Questionnaire (Kentucky), Professional Ethics Questionnaire (Gharamaleki), Burnout Inventory (Maslach), and Participatory Management Questionnaire (Shaqli). The validity and reliability of the questionnaires have been measured and confirmed. The results of structural equation modeling - path analysis with PLS showed that: Teachers’ burnout regarding professional development and professional ethics is mediated by participatory management and effective in female teachers using the structural equation modeling.
