Abstract

Review: The aim of this Research is to Determine the status of the retina cooressponding  before and after strabism surgery in 5to 8years old in Ophthalmology Center Alzahra zahdedan

Introduction: When the eyes look into a point in visual field  the eyes are placed on the formation of binocular vision.So any point retina in an eye with a point of the retina in other eye is  correspond. .that divided two types:

NRC exist two retinal foveal eyes are working together  and between two eyes, there is a natural harmony.

ARC coordination abnormal retina and a binocular mode means that in some types of strabismus occurs to prevent the diplopia.

. In more than 25 prism angles suppression occurs in otherwise ARC is dominant.

The prevalence of strabismus in preschool kids from 2 to 4 %

who experience supreesion  early in life are strabismus.

When suprresion exist  a long time There is the possibility of the Amblyopia.

There are several ways to convert ARC to the NRC.

Which includes occlusion . surgery. Prism prescribtion . and Orthoptics

In this cross-sectional study  retinal  condition  of 20 patients  in range  5-8 age in ophthalmic eye center ilzahra   Zahedan were evaluated.

Sampling: Randomly

Both subjective as well as objective deviation of  patients before and  by an average of 1 month after  surgery with  synaptofore was measured.
