Abstract

This research paper brings together the recent research findings of study on “Strategies for Marketing of Nagarjuna Fertilizers”, especially with reference to Nagarjuna Urea to the Rural Markets & Customer in Medak District of Telangana State. The major premise of this research paper is that to serve the rural markets, marketers & Customers (Distributors & farmers).Drawing from literature review as well as from real life marketing exercises as found in magazines & journals of Nagarjuna fertilizers, news articles in business periodicals, textbooks and case studies, the paper presents the Telangana State rural marketing strategies to serve the rural customers. By bringing out the current practices in rural marketing in Telangana, the research paper demonstrates the strategies for effective marketing of Nagarjuna brand Urea (fertilizer) to the rural customers & markets in Telangana State.
